• Uploaded images and architectural design files

• Payment information processed securely through Razorpay (we do not store card details)

• To process image generation, enhancement, and upscaling requests
• To manage your account, credits, and subscription
• To send transactional emails (OTP, receipts, subscription updates)
• To respond to support requests
• To prevent fraud and platform abuse

You retain full ownership of all images and content you upload to ArkViz AI. By using our platform, you grant Disha Associates a limited licence to process your uploaded content solely for the purpose of delivering the requested AI visualization services.

We do not use your uploaded architectural files to train AI models or share them with third parties without your explicit consent.

Uploaded content and render outputs are stored on secured servers hosted on DigitalOcean (India/Singapore region). Render history is retained for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time, which will remove your personal data within 30 days.

ArkViz AI uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Google Gemini API — AI image generation
• Replicate — Flux model inference
• Razorpay — Payment processing (PCI-DSS compliant)
• DigitalOcean — Cloud hosting and storage
• SendGrid — Transactional email delivery

Each provider operates under their own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

We use minimal cookies necessary for session management and authentication. We do not use advertising cookies or sell your data to advertisers.
