Refund Policy

ArkViz AI provides AI-powered digital services. Due to the nature of on-demand AI compute, payments made for credits, subscriptions, or generated content are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered.

We automatically refund credits to your ArkViz account balance in the following situations:

• Render job failure: If an AI render job fails due to a technical error on our end, the credits charged for that job are automatically returned to your account immediately.
• Job cancellation: If you cancel a floor plan render job while it is still processing, the credits are refunded to your account.

Refunded credits are available for immediate use and do not expire.

Monetary refunds (back to your original payment method) may be considered only in the following cases:

• Duplicate payment: You were charged twice for the same transaction
• Billing error: An incorrect amount was charged due to a platform error
• Non-delivery: Payment was processed but credits were not added to your account despite a completed payment

Monetary refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

• Credits already consumed by completed render jobs
• Subscription fees for periods already used
• Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality (subjective)
• Accidental purchases where the service was successfully delivered

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Account Settings. Upon cancellation:

• Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
• Your remaining credits continue to be available
• No partial refunds are issued for the unused portion of the billing period

To request a monetary refund, email us at arkvizin@gmail.com with:

• Your registered email address
• The Razorpay Payment ID (available in Payment History)
• The reason for the refund request

We will review and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days through the original payment method.
