Terms of Service

By accessing or using ArkViz AI at app.arkviz.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

ArkViz AI is operated by Disha Associates, 206 Maruti Sharnam Complex, Opp. Nand Bhoomi Party Plot, Anand-Vidyanagar Road, Anand – 388001, Gujarat, India.

ArkViz AI provides AI-powered architectural visualization tools including exterior rendering, interior rendering, floor plan generation, site plan rendering, image upscaling, and enhancement services.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity occurring under your account
• Providing accurate information during registration
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

• ArkViz AI operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed per render job based on model and resolution selected.
• Subscription credits refresh monthly (or are provided upfront for yearly plans).
• Unused credits carry over and do not expire while your account is active.
• Credits are automatically refunded to your account if a render job fails due to a technical error on our end.
• All payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

• You retain full ownership of all images and architectural files you upload to ArkViz AI.
• You retain ownership of all AI-generated outputs produced from your uploads.
• Disha Associates does not claim any ownership over your uploaded or generated content.

You may not use ArkViz AI to:

• Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights of third parties
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the platform APIs
• Use automated scripts to generate renders beyond normal usage patterns
• Share account credentials with other individuals
• Use the platform for any illegal purpose under Indian law

We strive to provide reliable, uninterrupted service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. AI generation services depend on third-party providers (Google Gemini, Replicate) and may occasionally be unavailable. We are not liable for losses caused by service interruptions.

Features, pricing, and plans may be modified or discontinued with reasonable notice.

ArkViz AI is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Disha Associates is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data or business opportunities
• AI-generated outputs that do not meet your expectations

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Anand, Gujarat, India.
